There are various care and maintenance activities you may undertake around your home that may need proof of completion. These include damp treatment, water proofing, timber preservation treatment, structural repair and invasive weed control. There are no individual certification programmes for each of these activities however Chimni recommend using contractors recommended and certified by the Property Care Association (PCA)
