Often described as modern day 'sky castles' the 'water tower home' has to be one of the least common of the home types in the Chimni Home Typology.

The Cromwell Tower, Warwickshire. It was built in 1930 for the Corporation of Coventry and converted in 2014.

The tower was built in 1932 to serve Shenley Hospital with views over four counties with London's St Paul's Cathedral and the Shard visible on a clear day.
