Form TA8 New Home Information Form is designed to be used in conveyancing transactions in conjunction with TA6 Property Information Form (2nd edition), TA7 Leasehold Information Form (2nd edition)(for a leasehold property) and TA10 Fittings and Contents Form (2nd edition). It is also possible to include form TA8 in a HIP as a document which presents 'authorised' information in addition to form TA0 Property Information Questionnaire (New Homes).
