Span Developments
Span Developments was a British property development company started in the late 1950s. It began as a partnership between Geoffrey Townsend and architect Eric Lyons. During the 1960s, Span built over 2,000 homes in London, Surrey, Kent and East Sussex. The homes were mainly two- and three-bedroom single-family homes and apartment buildings and they evolved in style through the period. Chimni Home Typology.
